The suite is exactly as described. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The included breakfast was amazing as well. The hotel's location is great, with lots of boutiques and food options nearby. Would definitely book again!

The hotel is small, located close to subway station that makes it pretty convenient. The room was comfortable for 4 people which was difficult to find at this price range

Good experience. Walking distance to all Amenities that we needed during our stay in Lisbon. Parking is not free but available if needed for a fee. Breakfast is great and the servers are all nice. They cleaned our room daily. We got the superior suites and it was great for our of four. I give it a thumbs up.

A basic hotel with just a kettle and mini small Fridge. We arrived about 10:15 am. We were allowed to leave our luggage. We returned at 2:30pm...but had to wait intil checking time at 3:00pm. It seemed they do not allow check-in not a minute before 3:00pm. The rooms were cleaned daily. This is a spacious and clean hotel. There is a restaurant on site. However there are many restaurants, supermarket, transportation and shopping just steps away. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The manager was very thoughtful and respectful.

The staff is friendly and ver helpful, the room was clean. Not much amenities, just the basics. It is well located, though, not walkable distance from point of interest, but Uber works very well and cheap.
