The 10-day visit far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and all appliances and features of it were functional. The staff was outstanding; answering all our questions and helping out with directions and suggestions for local attractions. I definitely would book a future stay!

We didn't love the access to the unit as you need to go up the elevator, exit to another building and go down stairs. It was a little inconvenient but not a big deal. We liked the apartment, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, location was perfect, the bedroom is opposite the main street so you can't hear the party! It was close to Rossio train station, the mall, pink street, the water. Everything was wonderful. I recommend this place!!!

Beware there is a big difference between standard and premium apartments. We were not happy with the apartment we were given and were eventually moved to another one, which however had the disadvantage of being above a restaurant and was permeated with the smell of fried fish. Breakfast is delivered in a basket and consists of bread packaged in cellophane, butter, jam and some ham and cheese in plastic containers. Location is great if you intend to party, but not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. However, windows are double glazed and the level of noise is tolerable.

In fact, as mentioned on the Expedia website, we have several categories of apartments: standard and premium, the difference between which is access to the elevator or being recently renovated. The choice must be made at the time of booking, according to what best suits our guests. Breakfast consists of a range of fresh products. However, after the pandemic, we put the fresh bread in a plastic bag every day so that it doesn't get contaminated. In fact, our accommodation is located in the heart of the city's historic center, more specifically in Bairro Alto, which is a neighborhood that never sleeps. It offers a wide variety of stores, restaurants and bars. However, we recently replaced all the windows to ensure perfect soundproofing. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again! The property was wonderful and it was in an area with easy access and walkable to most things in the down town of Lisbon. There were some wonderful restaurants in the area but also a lot of bars and nightclubs. If you are a light sleeper the downside to this apartment hotel is the noise that goes on right outside until about 4 am when the bars close.

We loved staying in this hotel but did not realize we were staying in an area of late night entertainment. Bars are open until 2 pm and then another hour before the customers head out. Very noisy and even with earplugs it was a very uneven sleep, maybe more suited for younger people. That being said; we had wonderful service, a great breakfast basket with lots of food, a delightful rooftop patio. Furniture is a little dated but we enjoyed all of the landmarks around us.

-WiFi doesn’t work in the bedroom and often cuts out. -Cars such as Uber or bolt can not enter the street because it’s too narrow. Walk to a pick up point even with luggage. -Water pipes seem to be banging when the bathroom sink or shower is on. - Mentions a washer/ dryer on the Expedia page but there was none. Must go to a laundromat near by.

Such a nice stay, front desk agent was so helpful, I stayed in loft, it was so nice, cozy and clean,but bed was the best, the most comfy bed during my trip. If you are looking for very quiet place to stay I don’t recommend this hotel/ apartments because bar across the street and all over lively hood. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again when I come to Lizbon

Great location in the middle of the Barrio Alto neighborhood-very walkable to many great restaurants and city sights. We stayed on New Year's Eve though, and so the noise outside was pretty loud. The apartment itself was very charming, and had all the amenities we needed. There was no elevator though, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. The help desk lady was very nice and helped us to carry one of the luggages upstairs, and also helped arranging the taxi.

This is a great location in Lisbon. I didn’t realize it was in the middle of the party district but that was no issue, the windows are soundproof and we had no issues with noise. The water is a 10 minute walk away, Rosario station is 15 mins away, there are amazing restaurants right next to the place. The staff was very helpful, the place was very clean, the only thing was that the shower doesn’t fully close so the floor gets wet but that’s not an issue.

The property was clean, it was niceand in the perfect location. We didn't have to walk for to the sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shopping. We even got breakfast delivered every morning. The only thing is, if you're a light sleeper, you might wake up someone of there are heavy footed people above you. Aside from that I highly recommend it.

Stay was great. Nice to have a local apartment-like property with kitchen and living room. Location was in a very central part of town. The free breakfast was a surprise and really substantial. Staff was friendly and accommodating- we arrived before checkin on a very rainy day and they were able to get us in the room early. Its a small, kind of bnb type hotel, so if you want amenities, this isnt the place for you

We had a great apartment on the 5th floor. The breakfast basket was super nice each morning and included sliced meat, cheese, rolls, fruit, spreads, juice, and coffee refills for our coffee maker. It's in a great location, central to many sights. They held our luggage until checkin was available, and when we returned they already moved all of our bags to our room. The checkin area could use a major overhaul/update, and the signage outside the hotel should be easier to see. Don't miss the great overlook views from the rooftop area, where they have nice new hightop tables/chairs to see out over the city. We highly recommend Lisbon Colours

We loved the space and the breakfast delivery each morning to enjoy at our leisure. I would most definitely come again. Note: cars need to be registered to drive down the street so dropped off on top of hill near a church and had to make our way up and down the rough cobble stone road with our luggage. Ouch on the luggage!!!

The building is located in busy area of bars and get really crowded every day, music, people drinking in the streets. Really difficult to manage with car, I won’t use a car, no parking available and the daily rate for the parking is $20 euros. The apartment we got it was at the roof, had to exit to an outside door to get there. Was very inconvenient because we hit our heads with the roof all the time as it was really low due to be the last apartment of of the building. Not worthless the amount of money we paid for it, considering I am VIP and should had a better unit. Breakfast was really good and delivered to us every morning. Concierge people also super nice.

If you want to sleep at night after a long walk this is not a place for you! Also don’t bring luggage as the stairs are narrow! The room I stayed does not come close to the pictures.

Brilliant Location Great Apartment
We had a great overnight stay with our 2 kids in a 2 bed apartment at Lisbon Colours. The staff were really helpful with recommendations, early check in, storing luggage and even managed to russle up a fresh load of gluten free bread for breakfast, very impressive! The continental brekkie was very generous. The apartment is very well located in the old city amongst loads of tapas bars in amongst the cobble stones streets which made it feel more authentic. We loved exploring the area. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Only slight issue was the AC (whilst very good) had an annoyingly loud intermittent buzzing noise. I read some reviews about the noise at night from local bars and althought it is busy outside the apartment had very good noise insulation with two sets of double glazing. So we didn't find it an issue. Definitely recommend this place, would love to come back!

Great place
The room was spacious and clean. Cute little balcony. It is loud at night but we knew that since it is the "party" district. You do have to carry luggage up a spiral staircase. No elevators. Parking is off site but I wouldn't recommend driving there anyway.

We are sorry that you were disturbed by other guests late at night. We had a group that stayed in 5 apartments that apparently on their return got lost in the unit. However, instead of calling the police directly, you should have gone to the front desk. Please note that when speaking with the police, you were rude to the receptionist on duty. Please note that this information was given by another guest who was checking in. The next morning I talked to the guest about what happened and asked them to be more careful with the noise. Regarding the cleaning of the apartment, it is daily but if guests are in the apartment or put the DND sign, we do not enter the apartment. The towel sets are placed per person at this time we can not guarantee that it is possible to put extra towels every day as you requested. We hope to see you on your next visit to Lisbon! Great location, very big apartment with balcony and view. Breakfast served in the room. Staff was the BEST! very accommodating. Lots of noise from the street, but we really didn't care. They party until all hours of the night, every night. Fun environment!

If you plan on getting a good night sleep than this is not the place. Walls are thin, every step and conversation above you can be heard. There was a constant air freshener to cover the odor in the halls and in our room. It’s in the heart of the action so if you like the night life this is the spot. On the plus side the breakfast is really good. We had lots so it was nice to take fruit and snacks along for the day. We asked for a second key, asked everyday but they didn’t seem to want to give us one.

Terrible and no promised service!
Living room dark and unable to be used. 7 of 12 ceiling bulbs out of order. No instruction on how to use air condition. Sour milk is not fresh, being exactly on date of expiration. Staff promised to change bulbs three times, but never did. Complaint to manager but never got response from manager. Horrible!!
