Nice apartment, good center location. The host was responsive. The bar downstairs and the neighborhood was very noisy at night. It was not possible to sleep until very late into the night. It’s good for young people but not for a family with kids. The apartment and building itself needs a good sound insulation between apartments and floors.

We only stayed there 1 night because my wife and I got bitten by bed bugs. It has been a very bad experience even if the apartment was clean and well located, it’s almost a week that we can’t sleep properly and even expose ourself on the sun because of the bites (around 50/60 bites only on my wife). This is the worst experience you can have with a stay. It will stay in your mind for a while... I do recommend to verify with people managing property to confirm the treatment and mostly prouve you that it has been done before stay in the apartment 3... Unfortunate but extremely désagréable for us. Minimum, we got our money back...

The Location of the property was very good, the property was really clean and modern. Being a central location, you also get the hustle and bustle of a city centre location. The locals stayed up late at night eating and chatting in the streets close by.

Lovely room and friendly staff, but we had a hard time locating the place by taxi and then reaching the staff without wifi or SIM card. Room was great though and had awesome amenities. I wouldn't say the area is family friendly and customer service was poor due to inability of staff to speak English. I probably should have dialed the reception for English-speaking staff instead of going down to the lobby/ bar.

Perfect Location
Fantastic staff made us feel right at home. Arrived from an overnight train at 8am and were greeted with an early check-in that was very helpful. Amazing location; right in the heart of Bairro Alto however that meant that one night, there was a drunken fight outside our building until 5am. Only one weekend night so rest of the time was peaceful and me perfect. Overall, an incredible spot to explore Lisbon from.
