Nice studio apartment
I really liked the location. In the bathroom the shower handle did not work. It was clean. I think it was unfair to charge extra money because we arrived at 22.05 - the delay was due to wizz air late flight.

Nice apartment with lovely views over houses n pool. About 15 minutes walk to bars but plenty on way . A bit hilly for the less fit person all over Lisbon but plenty of buses trams n metro .

Property was clean. Check in was seamless. Only thing was check in at 4pm was a bit late. So after I arrived I had to wheel my suitcases to a cafe with great difficulty until someone could meet me for check in.

Lisbon in May/June
Our apartment was clean and spacious.Don't be too concerned with the appearance of some of the streets and buildings - interiors are fine and the locales safe. Lisbon is a fantastic place with so much to see and enjoy. Spent a week there and could have stayed longer. Good, inexpensive transportation allowed us to easily visit Cascais and Carcavelos for beach days.Try to get on a train from Cais do Sodre early if you want a seat. Also had day out in Sintra - catch the train from Rossio station. Castel Sao Jorge was a highlight, atop a hill in Alfama for great views. Tram 28 is overcrowded and overrated - walk if you can. Excellent galleries and museums - personal favourite was Museu Coleção Berardo,between the Belem tower and the monastery of Jeronimos, a great timeline of modern art from 1900 to the present day displayed in a terrific new building.

Avoid this apartment!!!!!
The hotel is located on a steep slope where no taxi can reach so it was hard for us as we had big heavy luaguges. The hotel is very old, dusty and damp. We washed clothes and put it on a portable heater (only 1 provided and got us freezing at night!) to dry, the clothes were still damped after 3 days! The moist environment of the apartment made us feel very uncomfortable and the floor was disgusting after a day as it was damped and dusty! Last but not least, we were told to pay the tax of €12 on the first day of arrival however we did not have enough cash at the time, only €10 was paid. The staff asked us to pay the outstanding €2 the next day but we forgot to leave the money on the table before we went out. Then the staff insisted we need to settle the payment on that day ( the second day) when we were staying there for 4days! So he got us to change our plan and come back in the middle of the day just to pay the €2 when we were 1.5 hours from the hotel! But seriously is just €2! Why could not they let us pay on the 3rd dat or the day after? It was an very unpleasant stay and would not recommend to anyone!

I wouldn’t stay here again ...
The hotel room itself was a small apartment with hardly any windows or natural light. Furthermore, it did not have any air conditioning and was uncomfortably warm. The management also leaves much to be desired. Without going into too much detail, I was so upset by the entire experience that I simply booked another hotel stay.

Nice and central apartment in Bairro Alto
The apartment was very nice, and in a central area of Bairro Alto. Check in was easy and quick. We did though had some troubles the day of check out to get our luggages stored somewhere (since we had a late flight). So make sure if you book the apartment, and you have a late flight next day, that you plan in advance where to store your luggage.

My parents stayed for 6 nights. They communicated well in advance avout the key. They had to wait for 3 hours in the evening. Then i wrote the linc team, they offered late check out, 1 pm. But then a man came at 11 am. Forced my parents out. Bed is uncomfortable and there is no airconditioning.

Good location
The location is great. The apartment is clean and modern although strangely arranged. No ledges in the shower for soap etc or even hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes. The closet is in the main room so we ended up with suitcases sprawled out in each room instead of using the closet. The lady who let us in was very kind but because our plane was three hours late we were told repeatedly we would be charged extra for our late arrival to the apartment. That’s not the warmest welcome. No instructions or helpful hints are given in the booklet, only WiFi information which works well. Overall a good experience because the location and size of apartment is a big plus.

Although the email and instructions to call when we arrived were a bit disconcerting when we got there we were greeted warmly and everything was explained. The apartment was lovely, spacious, airy and well equipped - we could have moved in! Would definitely stay there again.

Not serviced, so be prepared for some limitations.
When I have stayed in an apartment before - as opposed to a hotel - it has been a serviced apartment, so it was cleaned daily and supplies were stocked up. This isn't a serviced apartment at all - once you are given the key, you're on your own. There's no coffee/tea/sugar/milk, etc and there was one tube of shower gel. I stayed for five days and towels weren't swapped out or any cleaning done over that period. I would suggest to the managing company/owners that they need to look at this aspect and improve upon it. Okay, that's my one gripe. For the rest, my stay was great and I enjoyed the area, which was on a tram route which took me to the metro station. The kitchen served my needs for breakfast and the TV had Sky & BBC news channels. The bed was fine, but could have had a better mattress while movement around the bedroom was restricted by the sloping roof. Being on the top floor meant the room was quiet, while the lift was efficient. I'd happily stay here again.

First Lisbon
Visiting Lisbon for work, my wife and I were joined by my son and his partner for the weekend. The apartment at Santa Catarina was a delightful stage for a family reunion. The LINC staff were friendly and attentive. The check-in was seamless. The view of the sunset from the balcony each evening provided an atmospheric context for fine wine and Portugese cheese; a prelude for the short walk to one of the many bars and restaurants of the Bairro Alto. I am looking forward to my next much longer stay.

Very close to down town. No any noise from the street. Wonderful church of Santa Catarina nearby building. Good view from a small balcony. Two grocery store are in 5 min walking ,"DIA" chain, good variety of products and affordable(reasonable) prices.

Excellent location. Well stocked. Amazing shower. Comfortable furniture. Easy check in. Walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Super clean. However, if you are on the main floor, you will hear the people above walking around. Not a big deal for us, but for 2 of our nights, there were energetic children up there, and they were loud. Some type of soundproofing required.

Nice apartment close to center
We enjoyed the location, beautiful area close to public transportation, historic streets and lovely architecture. No ac, only fans, but for us, in October, not an issue. Apartment was clean and recently rennovated. Spacious, quiet even if on first floor, building has elevator for other apartments. Important to establish how to obtain entrance to building and keys ahead of arrival, especially coming from States with only our cell phones. The airport shuttle service was an important help to make contact with staff on arrival, especially because airline lost our luggage, so took longer at airport. Fortunately all worked out and enjoyed our stay !

Krånglig incheckning. Ingen reception. Beloppet dras två gånger från kortet, dröjer innan pengarna släpps, trots flera påminnelser. Väldigt mörk på bottenvåningen. Svårt reglera varmvattnet i duschen - blandaren funkar inte. Diskhon helt täppt.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Lissabon, die Lager der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super! Innerhalb 5 Minuten ist man an der nächsten Haltestelle der Tram 28. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat und die Lüftung auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Après un accueil correcte nous découvrons l’appartement. Oublié toutes les photos du site !!! Il s’agit d’un rez de chaussée semi-enterré qui sent le renfermé. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car votre chambre donne directement sur les rails du tramway (réellement) et évidemment pas de climatisation. Il n’y a que la lumière électrique sinon aucune clarté extérieure. Ne louez pas ces appartements c’est un bon conseil.

Die Lage in Lissabon war sehr gut. Das Haustürschloss klemmte regelmäßig, so dass sie häufig offen war oder man beim Nachbarn klingeln musste, um ins Haus zu kommen. Die Wohnung war schon stark abgewohnt und bei Bezug nur unzureichend sauber. Waschbecken und Badewanne (Dusche) liefen schwer ab, so dass es immer einen Stau gab. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Ein Safe wäre bei offener Haustür und wenig sicher erscheinender Wohnungstür notwendig, statt Hinweises bei Einzug, man solle aufpassen.
