One of the staff members was kind of rude, older lady who seemed really inconvenienced by me whenever I had questions but a man and younger woman were really nice and helpful. Location is good. AC works well. No elevator/lift. My room felt really clean but i felt like I saw mold in the green chairs and on some of the walls.

I had a great stay at Santa Luzi B&B. The location was amazing, close to the water and surrounded by so much local culture that really stood out during my trip. Daniel was so helpful even before we arrived in Lisbon and very welcoming after a long delay at the airport. The rooms are very small and a little tired but spotless, a very comfortable bed and the best power shower ever! A little more storage would be welcome but other than that, a fab place to stay. For the price, we thought Santa Luzia was perfect for our long weekend in this fabulous city. Lots of lovely places within a short walk for the best breakfasts (they do them well in Lisbon!) and a great location within Alfama.

We had a fantastic stay! The airport shuttle was perfect and our host was amazing at helping us plan tours and with everything we needed. It was so convenient to the whole Alfama region. The bed was super comfortable. I could’ve used a dresser or a rack to put our suitcases on. We ended up using the little table to dump everything, including our toiletries on.
