Clean room, outstanding location. Front desk staff were great and gave me a fantastic dining suggestion on the evening of my arrival. There is a wonderful Portuguese restaurant directly across the street. Convenient to dining, shopping, and transportation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This place was clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing! My only complaint about this place was that my keys continually stopped being able to open my room and bathroom( the bathroom wasn’t located in my room).The staff were quite accommodating in fixing this problem for me.

Clean roooms . Changed towels every day. Had to share kithcen . It was always clean. Has no electric kettle. Hot water all day . No issues. Nice area . Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Transport into centre was very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent level of service provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to public transport and several restaurants and shops. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would stay here again!

The room looks exactly as advertised, it was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean. The staff was great, stayed up to check me in when my flight was delayed. Only 2 issue, the building is old, so elevator, layout and door mechanism are dated. I had difficulty using the key, even the staff did. The bathroom is not in the bedroom so the layout is a little weird

The bathroom had an awful smell of mold and cleaning products, it just didn’t feel safe to be breathing in it. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable. The location is not great, it’s good in relation to the airport but far from any part of Lisbon you might want to walk around. I guess it depends on what you want out of it.
