"Service I called before we arrived to find out if we could check in at 2m and I was told that check in time was at 2m, I also asked about parking and was informed the hotel did have parking. When we got there there was no parking and I had a dispute with receptionist about the check in time as she argued it was 3pm. She called someone and eventually allowed us to check in at 2pm.
