"We had two rooms on different floors, one was in better shape than the other. The rooms were big, but the reading lights by the bed were to far from the -comfortable - bed, so didn’t fit the purpise. There was an easy chair by the window, but no table next to it to put a glass or cup. No rack or hook in the bathroom for the lovely big and fluffy towel. So good, but annoying details that weren’t right. Housekeeping wasn’t really good, either, coffee or tea not replaced, toiletries missing or not replaced, bath tub not cleaned in 4 days"
