The doorman and evening barman were very welcoming and friendly. Cameron on the front desk was exceptionally personable and informative. We arrived early but he was able to accommodate us with ease. An ideal frontman for the Pullman hotel!

Leonardo Hotel Liverpool
The room is clean and in a good location. Unfortunately, the parking fee is quite expensive at £18 per night. The breakfast was delicious.

Malmaison Liverpool
Lovely bar/restaurant area and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was ok, but felt a little tired compared to the rest of the hotel. I’d paid extra for a club room to get a view, but the view was mostly of a multi-storey car park which was a bit of a shame! ...

Staff friendly, check in and out smooth. Room was lovely. Bed comfy and super handy location for ACC and town with lovely view over the water.
