It's excellently placed, never more than twenty minutes walk from most venues, and despite being in the heart of Fringeland it was quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to make the stay go well."

"Perfectly located to the city - a bus ride of around 6-8 minutes to Princess Street/main visitor attractions/Castle etc - parking also available at hotel. The outside of hotel is not very appealing but once inside it is very open, well lit and decorated - lovely relaxing feel about the place. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable - would certainly use this hotel again."
