You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Ann's Garden Flat, Llandudno and Conwy. Quiet residential area, self contained.

Our holiday let offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and a patio area to sit out. It is close to Llandudno and Conwy, both within about 40mins walking distance on the Wales Coastal Path.
It located in a quiet residential area, with off road parking, about 5 or so mins from the beach. It is a garden flat and so please note that it has limited headroom of around 6 feet in the small double bedroom, and lounge, but slightly lower in the kitchen and bathroom, so this accommodation may not be suitable for individuals with mobility or height restrictions. Kindly consider this before making your reservation.
We also have a Labrador dog, and whilst she is very friendly, she’s not very good with other dogs, so sorry no pets, and please don't feed her no matter how much she try's to persuade you, she does get fed!! We live on site so if you need anything just ask and we'll try our best to help. Finally please don't smoke anywhere in the accommodation or garden.

Cosy, petite stay near Snowdon

Ann's flat is lovely - cute, cosy and has everything needed for a short stay. The garden is beautiful, should there be suitable weather to enjoy it. The kitchenette is also well equipped despite no hob; there are 2 teles which is very generous for a small flat like this. Parking was also very convenient. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again myself :)

Peaceful cosy getaway

Lovely garden flat, immaculately clean, very well equipped with everything one could possibly need!. kitchen is a fully functional, shame about not having a seating area, a drop table with a couple of stools would have been perfect!? Would definitely come again!

Absolutely beautiful location and local area. The accommodations were very clean, although guests should be less than 6ft tall due to low ceilings.
