"The accommodation was very poor standard. The small bedroom had no electricity except for overhead light. Situation of bed meant no access to bedside table in that room. Really unfit for purpose The place felt grubby. Not enough crockery. No basics left eg milk bread washing up liquid. The upstairs toilet blocked on first day and left a voicemail msge to Gary but no reply. Bathroom needs immediate refurbishment. As does kitchen and downstairs loo there was no toilet brush or roll holder All...

"A wonderful and spacious stone house with exceptional facilities especially in the kitchen. All the bedrooms has comfortable beddings and with enough room for 8 adults and 4 children. We definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Bala in North Wales for its facilities and location. "

"Excellent location. Bijou - but we knew in advance it's quite small though it worked for 3 independent adults. Terrace small but invaluable space and pretty view Main criticism is that the storage is inadequate. There's room for an extra chest of drawers or two in place of the 2 tiny side tables. Hooks on doors are also essential!! for damp coats or toweks wtc!"

"Checkin was really simple to do, first impressions were of a lovely clean home with some well thought check in gifts; which were appreciated after a long drive. Hosts were lovely, neighbours not so! Kept blocking my car in which caused us issues. Other than this location and overall stay was good. "

"Great accommodation for our group of six! Had everything we needed and place was spotless & comfortable. Perfect outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful warm weather we had. Short walk into town plus a good base to set out from to enjoy northern Wales.
