"This hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of Chester centre bars & shopping. The staff are very pleasant and the rooms are spacious with all the usual extras. The hotel offers good bar & restaurant facilities too. There is a gym but we didnt use it! The breakfast is buffet style and the food was plentiful and nice. Secure car parking is available across the road. We have stayed at this hotel many times for the races and other events and cannot fault it! "

"Ideal location and the shopping centre car park had direct access into the hotel. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room. Nice to have fresh milk in the mini bar rather than long life. A couple more herbal teas would have been good rather than just 1 green and 1 peppermint."

"We had another wonderful stay for a birthday trip. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! (superior room). Had a nice drink in the bar last night too. They kindly stored our bags for us for a few hours after we checked out, as we wanted to go back into the city before our train home. We will definitely be back! "
