"I had lost my wallet and laptop on a bus I took to get to Nha Trang (that's what happens when the driver wakes you up and rushes you out of the bus) and the hotel staff was helpful in talking to the bus company. Got all my stuff back. Then I was able to really enjoy my stay. i loved my room (ocean view) and the food was AMAZING!!! I would come back here again if I visit Nha Trang again."

"Room was clean however entrance lounge area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and most staff did not greet guests on arrival back to hotel let alone make eye contact. I also asked staff about how to get to Hon Tam island and they were not helpful. Also really loud music in evening from restaurants on the strip can be heard in room and stops around midnight. There was one member of staff who was amazing, friendly and so so so great and her name was Kieu"

"Perfect location to explore Nha Trang. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and has the perfect view over the beach, the hotel has a tunnel to the beach so that we don't have cross the busy road. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, there were some visible stains on the floor, and water dripping from the bath. The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request. "
