    The spacious house has three bedrooms with a total of four beds, including three double beds and a sofa bed in the communal area. For your convenience, four bathrooms are available - two with shower, two with bathtub, as well as an additional guest toilet.



    The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with all important appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A WiFi connection and a television with German channels provide entertainment.



    The accommodation is ideally located: Only 2 km from Lake Constance, 4 km from Bregenz and equipped with two private parking spaces. Nearby are a supermarket, restaurants, a playground and bus stops. For sports enthusiasts, there is a golf course 11 km away, and skiers can reach the Damüls ski area in about 60 km.



    The house has a 48 m² terrace and a garden with garden furniture. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, but youth groups are welcome. The accommodation is heated with a heat pump and offers comfort and cosiness in a beautiful mountain landscape.
