I stayed at 12 London Street Apartments last week and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and any queries effortless. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The full kitchen was a huge plus for preparing meals, and the air conditioning made the stay very comfortable. Great value for money compared to other options in the area. Other highlights: strong Wi-Fi, modern décor, and a quiet atmosphere despite being so central. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London—ideal for both short and extended stays.

Very small place although great location.

Extremely small place located on the second floor with super narrow stairs. I booked an apartment to feel spacious but in hindsight a hotel room would’ve been cheaper & better.

Great location and very convenient. We booked very last minute and our choice was some what pot luck but we were pleased with our choice - very quiet and spacious apartment. A bonus is that there are four proper beds rather than a sofa bed in the living area. Check in was smooth and the staff helpful. We will definitely consider staying again.

This apartment is so worn out and ridiculously hard to find. The hotel several doors down is the check in spot, but you’ll have to struggle to find that information. The listing photos are very old and not an accurate representation of the flat- there’s so much wear and tear, it’s a bit shabby. There are doors to the front and back that would be pleasant if they opened and there was trash and dirt everywhere outside. Breakfast isn’t even included despite the high price of the flat.

Pros: we felt safe, great/convenient location, comfortable beds, kitchen, clothes washer in room, AC CONS: nowhere to hang towels, AC dripped water on floor, not clear how to get room cleaned, somewhat worn down (broken window blind, missing cabinet handles, loose cabinet door), smoke detectors removed

Great Location & Great AC!

Apartment was great for me and my 2 kids (19 & 15). Pros: -Location to Paddinton station (across the street) -Good Kitchen (small fridge, stove, microwave, sink) -Dining Table w/4 chairs -Washing machine (laundry) -3 beds (1 Double, 1 twin, 1 trundle) -small couch, 2 tv's -Grocery stores nearby & Kensington Park is walkable distance -GREAT Air Conditioning!! -Very nice staff!! (especially Shah at the front desk) Cons: -Kitchen did not have cooking pans, soup bowls, limited eating utensils, no cooking utensils (I ended up purchasing at Argos nearby) - Flat #4 is only accessible by stairs Overall, our stay was great. I would recommend it to families. It was really nice for getting around since it was across from Paddinton Station. There are several restaurants (Italian, Lebanese, British, Steakhouse, Mcdonald's, coffee shops).

A nice flat for the family

The front desk staff were wonderful. We stayed in one of the Flats/Apartment next to hotel. There was plenty of room for all four of us. A nice small, but functional kitchen with refrigerator and appliances for cooking and a washing machine that came in very handy. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, and just a couple minutes walk to Paddington Station. So it was so easy to connect to transportation to get around. The only negative was the Flat needed a few minor repairs to flooring, and some non-slip material for bathtub/shower. It was a nice tub, but very slippery to get in or out, or even just to just stand while showering. Overall, a very good stay. And we would enjoy staying again.

The photos didn’t align with the room we were given. The amenities listed on Expedia also didn’t match what we had in our room. Staff was incredibly friendly, but I felt a little misled by the info on the internet and what our room actually was like.

Booked a 1bd apartment for our family almost 8 months ago. Confirmed with the property a week before arrival. When we showed up our reservation wasn't available. Amazingly bad coordination. However they did attempt to make it right with 2 separate hotel rooms, free breakfast throughout, and free laundry. We are lucky that our teenagers were old enough to be trusted in their own room otherwise this wouldn't have been good enough.

Don’t trust the pictures!!!! Room was dirty. Toilet smelled bad which made the entire room stink if door stayed opened. Crack and mold in shower. Water damage on floor by washing machine. Dresser was broken. We were on the 3rd floor no elevators. Will not be staying here again.

I requested first floor apartment and was told I would get one because my wife cannot walk up steps but they put us in the third floor. I had to find another place and pay a lot more. They refused to give he a full refund because of their mistake.

Rented a flat, not a hotel room. Staff was very friendly. Flat was in terrible shape. Broken furniture, toilet never flushed properly, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain so sink filled up while using it, shower floor is cracked and clearly water damage in hall with lifting wooden planks. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and super firm. Kitchen worked well. Windows are thin so the unit was extremely noisy starting at 5 am until well after midnight with street noise and voices. I could go on. Good location. Overall not worth it.

Bra läge i London

Helt ok boende med separat sovrum. Bra läge, nära till Paddington station. Promenadavstånd till Hyde Park och Oxford Street. Fyra trappor upp utan hiss. Störande ljud från någon apparat mellan rummen. Trevlig personal! Vi var tre vuxna och tyckte vi hade det jättebra!

Beim Check-In war das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet! Die Betten warfen nicht neu bezogen, es war nicht geputzt und es darf bezweifelt werden, daß zwischen den Belegungen 48 Stunden Pause lagen. Die Putzfrau, welche das Zimmer dann herrichtete war nicht gerade die hellste Kerze auf der Torte. Ein Set Handtücher wurde schlicht vergessen. Uns dieses Set zu bringen, war sie nicht im Stande, da sie ja keinen Schlüssel fürs Appartement hatte. Okay, wir waren im Zimmer und dieses hatte eine Klingel, deren Bedienung offensichtlich die Fähigkeiten detr Putze überstieg. Zur Einrichtung des Appartements - wir hatten ein sogen- Superior. Ein Bett war angeknackst. Es gab nur einen wirklich kleinen Tisch für 4 Personen. Daran zu Essen erforderte, na ja Organisationstalent. Das Geschirr war nicht in allen Teilen für 4 Personen vorhanden. Das Bad war in einem Zustand als hätte es jemand nach Selbststudium im Heimwerken gefließt und verfugt. Die Bodenfließen waren in unterschiedlichen Höhen. Die Fugen tw. ohne Fugenmassen. Silikonfugen waren eher grob verarbeitet (das bekommen meine Frau und ich wesentlich besser hin). Die Ausstattung des Appartements entsprach NICHT den Bildern! Gemessen daran, war der Preis unangemessen hoch. Der Hof des Apparthotels warf ein dreckiges, dunkles Loch.
