This property was misleadingly advertised. The title claimed it was “Central London – Tower Bridge – Covent Garden,” but in reality, none of these locations are nearby. We only realized a few days before our trip that both Tower Bridge and Covent Garden are about a 40-minute bus or train ride away. When we raised this with the host, they were unwilling to offer any refund despite the misleading listing. Would not recommend this property, especially if you’re traveling with family.

This is a good place if you're just dropping your stuff, needing a bathroom and bed, and visiting London. It's close to metro/bus/train stations and within Central London. That part was great! It's also clean, which is much appreciated. The Wi-Fi was good and everything worked. The bummer is, the photos do not accurately represent the apartment. The kitchen is closed off, unlike the photo shows. The TV is in the hallway, so you can't really watch it. The apartment manager was fairly communicative but sometimes slow in responding. Fortunately, he always got us what we needed. (Thank you for that!) I think it would be better not to have to get the key from the store downstairs, where you're telling strangers you're staying in the above VRBO. Also, one of the windows was not able to be locked and that did not make me feel comfortable. We had to wedge a spoon in the window to feel safe. Other than those things, it was good. Trust me, it wasn't the worst place- just needs a few improvements. I hope those changes are made and everyone can enjoy this good VRBO option.

Using property as base for the family for a weekend of rugby and Abba, hence the location. Although check in is 4pm we agreed a check in of 2pm - confirmed by message around 2 weeks before arrival. We arrived at just before 3pm, key pick up point didn't have our name down, so I had to contact the mobile number given. Was told the flat was not ready. The cleaner hadn't even arrived! Despite being told a second cleaner would go so it was ready for 4pm, it was not until 4.30pm, very annoying and very poor communication from property manager, who I see has not read or responded to my messages on whats'a app! The photos on website were not correct for the property we had! We had one double room and the other room had double bed but also the sofa bed in, nowhere other than kitchen to sit. The TV is located on the hallway wall which is about 4 feet wide, how can you watch a tv like this! Thankfully we were out most of our stay! The bathroom and kitchen were clean, but bathroom ceiling had mould and soft furnishings had marks and hairs on. Some work has clearly been done on this flat as some new things - wardrobe, sink, doors etc. but much more detail needs to be sorted for it to be a good weekend rental in my opinion!

Die Wohnung war sauber und größtenteils wie beschrieben. Die Bilder sind nicht ganz aktuell. Es wurde anscheinend eine Wand eingezogen, das ist auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich. Die Gegend ist lebendig, leider sind die Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert, man hört den gesamten Straßenlärm. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Krankenhaus, daher fahren häufig Krankenwagen mit entsprechender Sirene. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut, schnelle Reaktion. Leider hatten wir in der ersten Nacht sehr laute Nachbarn, aber darum wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Für unsere Zwecke passte die Wohnung sehr gut und wir bedanken uns für die tolle Unterkunft. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich lieber anderweitig umsehen.
