Great location. Parking space available and pre-bookable outside the front door. Staff welcoming. Rooms are fairly small (particularly single rooms) and somewhat tired, and there is no lift. But clean and functional and one of the best options for a relatively inexpensive short term stay in this area.

Tiny bathroom in urgent need of a new shower head, okay-ish size twin bedroom (okay for the price). Comfy beds. Very helpful staff who arranged parking when I hadn't booked any and who lended us his personal phone charger. Great location, few minutes walk to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Good breakfast options closeby.

Great location to the underground and bus. Walking distance to all the major attractions if you are ok with walking 10 km a day (it was fine for us).

Fab Hotel in Paddington

Great hotel for it's price range in a very accessible part of the city - staff were really welcoming. The hotel was quiet and tidy. Rooms were old style but comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

As a budget hotel in London it was absolutely fine. Room was clean and considering the location surprisingly quiet. Local area is much nicer than I remember with some good choices for food and drinks.

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights. The room was small but clean. Bathroom also small but never short of hot water. Very convenient to tube and attractions. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect as you are walking distance from the tube and the bus. There’s also many food options around.The staff was great and friendly. However, the rooms are very small so you are mostly paying for the location.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and seems to have been painted not too long ago. The rooms are very small and a bit outdated. I recommend this budget hotel.
