It was nice and quiet. The location is excellent. Both the tube and the mall was within walking distance as well as numerous restaurants and bus services. Overall nice experience.

The location ,staff , facilities were excellent and couldn’t be faulted. If I wanted to stay for 2 weeks I would be nice to have access on site to cooking and clothes washing facilities.

The shower is great and in general the place is very nice. The only thing that i have to suggest is that a 24h receptionist is needed because at night time after 12am some people don't respect the privacy of others and are talking loud, walking and talking loud in the corridor. Especially the last day when i had to wake up very early in the morning i couldn't sleep because some people were having fun and making noice till 4:30 am. If a 24h was there this wouldn"t happened.

Great place to stay in London. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help you especially Sofia. The place is very clean. Water, coffee, tee are provided on a daily basis. I'll definitely stay again.
