"Great place , location , room small but very good , bar service was slow , and had to wait to check in at 3 pm , room not ready , but was given free bar drink"

"This property is in a lovely location and has great views but the 4 star rating is by a far a mistake. The property has not been properly maintained. We arrived and despite showing they have air conditioning our room was 28.5 degrees and we were told “too bad” open the window The sink did not work properly we had to change rooms. The toilet in the new room did not work properly The grout lines were dirty and the finishes all coming off They switched our rooms and provided absolutely no communication as to the location of our new room and they moved our belongings there so after we got back from a day out we had no idea where our room or our belongings were Skip the breakfast in the morning there are better cafes in the area. I did enjoy the area but this hotel is very lacking in staff, communication, maintenance and cleanliness"
