Room was clean and convenient for our stay. Only downfall was the radiator never had a cover on the cap which made it a hazard as it was so close to the bed I cut myself twice.

The location was great, very close to the city center. The only negative aspect is that the shower was partially open, but they offer a daily cleaning service.

Beautifully refurbished twin room

Hotel 65 is made up of more than one house, my daughter and I had a beautiful twin room that had clearly been recently refurbished lovely decoration, comfortable beds, a little fridge and great condition bathroom. We were ground floor at front so we did hear the front door closing /slamming occasionally but didnt take away from it being a great room

Central and close to transport. There were renovations being done so lots of noise from the building works. The room was tiny and I think a bit unfinished from the renovations, but a pleasant enough stay. Be good once the work is done but the room was really tiny with no iron, hair dryer etc. Although I’m sure you can ask for them. The office seemed a bit disorganised.

Great place to stay

Great location with bus stop right outside. Great bakery and pubs etc very close. Our second stay and we'll be back. Lovely room with fridge. My husband struggles with stairs so we were given a room on the ground floor. Staff very attentive and accommodating in the main. Clean and lovely new breakfast room. Very busy at the weekend so avoid that if you can.

Really enjoyed our stay! Great value for the location. Hammersmith is very well located. Staff is friendly. Currently there are some renovations going on on the exterior but they manage it well and no work goes on at odd hours. We didnt have breakfast included but purcjased it anyways a few days and it's good

Exellent staff, great position near the underground services (Hammersmith or Shepred's Bush) with bus stop next the hotel. Very good and assortite International breakfast (for italians guest no espresso coffee or cappuccino). The room It was daily cleaned with new towels, private bathroom, little but confortable. If we will come back in London one day, we will book again in this hotel. Thanks for all !

Had a very good experience - room facilities were excellent (tea-making a fridge) and the room was comfortable and clean. Room was quite hot due to it being summer but staff were very helpful in providing sheets to use instead of the duvets and a fan. Area was great and very handy for buses and tube. Excellent value for money - thanks!

A nice hotel at a very convenient location in London near Hammersmith! Honestly, you cannot ask for a better location and the room was nicely furnished. The fridge was really important too! there are somethings to improve, such as more hangers in the bathroom and a little this and that in terms of fine-tunings. But overall it's a good place to go if you want a budget hotel in zone 2 London.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. We arrived before check in time and they let us leave our bags there for when we returned from visiting London. There is a bus stop across the street and the subway is about a 15 minute walk.

Was a bit apprehensive cos of negative Google reviews. Staff were pleasant enough, clean rooms with what you expect (TV, fresh towels daily), breakfast was lovely. It's £9 though, not the £5 you see on Google reviews. Would recommend - thank you for a pleasant stay!
