We enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the free coffee all day. The staff was excellent and friendly. While we only had breakfast one day, it looked very good.

Great location, near to many things and at the same time in a very quiet spot. The hotel is in mint conditions, the only thing that I didnt like was the many doors that you need to get around the building. Nice room, modern, with all the amenities needed. Great option, I will come back no doubt.

The area where the Hub is is great, in the heart of the SOHO district and walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat looking and clean but not super practical. In order to turn on the light in the bathroom the whole room had to be lit up. And the bed was not very comfortable, the mattresses were pretty worn out.

The hotel is located in a great spot close to all touristic attractions and within a walking distance to a few main tube stations. The room sizes in hub are very compact as advertised and they usually don’t have a window which is fine given the fair price. However compared to other hubs we’ve been this once has obvious cleaning and maintenance issues. Our air conditioner was dirty and full of dust and mold, one of our towels was not clean and we had to replace it, and lighting dimmer was not operable because of a loud annoying noise from the electrical panel whenever we tried to dim the light.

Decent room, surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed, but stained comforter - for a new hotel, things seemed a bit dinged up. Great location and good value compared to other offerings. Staff were helpful, but the place seemed under staff. Had to manually ask for room cleaning, despite having an automated system (over door tags), which didn't make sense. Breakfast was a plus for the price compared to how expensive London is.

The breakfast buffet was good overall, but the temperature settings on the hot food bar could use some attention as by the time you reach your table, the food is already quite cool. The same goes for the automated coffee machine, which could serve hotter drinks. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. However, the room itself could benefit from a closer look at its condition and cleanliness. There were areas of peeling wallpaper, mold or limescale in the shower, stains on the glass door, and noticeable buildup on the carpet around the baseboards and closet wall. A refresh and deeper clean would make a big difference.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel areas were clean and well maintained. The bar was a nice surprise with a great Happy Hour and good drink promotions. Rooms are newer. They are generally clean, but not quite what you'd expect. There was a decent later dust on many surfaces. They are also very small, which is just fine unless you are a person that get claustrophobic or needs more room. Ventilation was minimal.
