Great for London's west end on a budget

The accommodation is extremely good value for a private room in a very central London location. With breakfast included too that makes this well worth considering if you're visiting the West end on a budget. Although not en suite the bathroom facilities are nearby and clean. There is also a kitchen area available on each floor. The rooms are basic and comfortable enough.

I enjoyed my stay and I would use this accommodation again. It's a student halls of residence so it's only available when the students are on vacation. The shared bathrooms took me back - and might be a surprise if you are used to ensuite. But the location, cleanliness and price were all very good.

It turns out that there ARE bargains to be had in London! After a small problem with my room on check-in, resolved by moving me to another (better) room, I found the room and facilities clean and comfortable. They're very basic but for £54 I thought it a fantasic bargain and I'd probably stay again.

Location excellent. Breakfast lots of choice and good quality, just could do with a second coffee machine. Staff lovely. Basic accommodation but clean. Downside is not ensuite. Good value for money. We have stayed twice with child 10 and my retired parents.

Best value accomodation in london

Amazing value for money, its hard to be too critical on a place so well located that charges so little and includes breakfast! Staff are all great, location is an easy walk to soho, breakfast is travelodge style all you can eat. Cant fault it for the money.

Great Central London location

Superb alternative to a Central London hotel - good clean room with basic facilities. Includes breakfast, which for the price is amazing given the location. My only minus point was the amount of light that came into the room overnight (bright lights outside), but it's a minor point.

Good value, but don't any expect luxury!

You get what you pay for... Can't really complain for the price. Noise moved round the building - was on 5th floor so could hear them setting up and eating breakfast on the floor above, or people in the kitchen next door. Showers were ok, although most of the hooks are useless so have to pick your shower carefully if you don't want your (quite small) towel on the shower floor. Had a sink in the room which was good, although a shame it isn't drinking water from the tap. Breakfast buffet has a bit of everything and a real bonus that it was included. Can imagine the 8am start is a bit late for some business travellers, but was great for me.
