We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay.

Value for money

Amazing value for money. Decent large rooms with full amenities. Can’t fault it apart from not the most modern of furniture but it’s clean and sizeable and has everything. V decent and only round the corner from Central London. Would definitely recommend.

The property was pleasing. However, one of the 2 dining chairs placed in the inner part on the table next to the clothes' closet has broken legs. It is hazardous. Please advise to have it removed as soon as possible.

Problematic and delayed check in as they lost the keys to my room. No other rooms available, time spent by reception making phone calls to find the keys. Total shambles, delayed entrance to my room made me late joining work calls. potentially having to find another room at 7pm, not impressed

The only entrance to/from the apartment was the back of storefronts and down a long dismal alley with large rodent control units at every door and bars on the windows. If I had been made aware of this format, I would not have rented the unit. While all other areas of this property were good, this would have been "No Show" and I would not recommend it to others. One other thing I should mention, only extra large bath towels were available( no hand or face size towels were available).

Decent for the price

Stayed here whilst visiting friends. Was a great location with decent facilities. There was a broken handle in the kitchenette and the doors didn’t quite shut in this area properly, but other than these two small issues everything else was fantastic for the price. The only difficulty was trying to find the location as I was relying on Apple Maps, which thought it was on the other side of the street!

Good value for money

Stayed at 274 Suites the last week of June 2018 and want to rebut a couple negative reviews. The room was small, it was on the second floor and there was no lift. The television was small and it received dozens, but not hundreds, of channels. None of this came as a surprise because it was all as described on the web site. These are the reasons the rate is low. Who comes to London to watch television? There was one table and two small chairs and the kitchenette in a cupboard is clever but I doubt anyone would try to set up house there. Still, you get a refrigerator, a microwave and a hob; the bed is comfortable and the shower is a good size. The room was clean and the staff were courteous. My card was debited for all the charges when I booked but this was clearly explained in advance. 274 Suites offers good value for money.

Basic accommodation but excell location and value.

Excellent location. Ni No frills. Simple room but good value for money. Modern bathroom with superior shower and abundence of toiletrees. . Comfy big bed. Sparse on amenities like kitchen items.

Horrendous welcome

We checked in around 9:30pm only to be greeted by the most miserable 'welcome' I have EVER received at a hotel. The receptionist seemed to be annoyed that we checked in at that time. Sorry but isn't that her job?? It left a sour taste in our mouths her manner and abruptness. I do not recommend this hotel.

Toilet too high . Light in corridor on all night and seeping through the door frame . Glass shelf in bathroom too low. Banged my head while washing my teeth. Stairs too loud when people go downstairs/ upstairs .

Great little base close to transport links

Reasonable room and comfortable clean bed. Staff were very helpful with all requests. Great base as close to Thameslink railway, Overground railway and Underground. Plus plenty around the West Hampstead area itself.

Gutes Appartment in guter Lage

Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen über Silvester dort. + Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd und Mikrowelle. Das Bad war sehr sauber und modern. - Für nicht Engländer empfiehlt es sich einen Adapter für die Steckdose mitzunehmen. Ansonsten kann man einen für 4€ an der Rezeption erwerben. Die Wände waren etwas hellhörig aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Nachts war es ruhig und tagsüber war man in der Stadt. Alles in allem kann ich das Appartment weiter empfehlen.
