A wondeful hotel

Absolutely lovely hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff who were all extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a lovely location and well situated Marylebone Station and Baker Street Underground. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great, reasonably priced and comfortable.

Good location for our purpose. Room was “cosy” maybe the furniture a little worn, wardrobe door needs fixing . The bed was OK , not spectacularly comfortable. Everything in the room worked fine , tea / coffee , hairdryer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our short stay .

Clean hotel on good location

Lovely hotel, I can’t fault the cleanliness, the location, the price and service. However, as a lone female traveller I would’ve preferred to stay in the main hotel, not in the unstaffed hotel across the road. I was also on the ground floor close to the main entrance which made me feel slightly vulnerable.

Lovely little room

Lovely little room for a weekend away, was asked if we wanted shower or bath suite which suited us great as they catered to our needs. Perfect room, comfy bed, very clean just air conditioning was very temperamental especially in 24 degree heat so we had to open the window fully and unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise throughout the night due to this,however overall nothing major.

Slept on the street

The room was next to the facility room at the basement of another building block at the opposite side of the street to the hotel reception. Equipment and furniture were tried and need refurbishment. Room and window were not sound proofed, just like slept on the street.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Avenue Baker Street Hotel and I must say, the service provided by Bashir, Anston, Muriel, and Kanisha was absolutely outstanding. As the Learning and Development Director of the number one resort and hotel in the US, I have high standards when it comes to hospitality, and they truly exceeded them. From the moment we arrived, Bashir, Anston, Muriel, and Kanisha went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. They provided us with all the necessary amenities, assisted us with our luggage, and even accommodated our late check-out request. Their attention to detail and personalized service truly made us feel valued as guests. What impressed me the most was the high level of genuine hospitality they exhibited, despite the fact that the hotel is not Forbes rated. They treated us with the same level of care and professionalism as if we were staying at a luxury resort. Their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience is commendable and sets Park Avenue Baker Street Hotel apart from other establishments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. Constant banging noise until 1am and started again at 8am. Reported to reception who couldn’t find the cause of the noise. The hotel staff were not very apologetic or helpful.

Great hotel and perfect location. Surrounding area is great for shopping, restaurants and easy access to main tourist places. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. No request was a trouble. Definitely recommend for a short break in London. Very accessible from Kings Cross.
