"Great hotel! Room and hotel clean, helpful staff, really good breakfast. I think the volume of the music in the hall is too high but you can’t hear it in the room so it’s ok. Position really good, next to Marble Arch underground."
"Great location and great for families. We had a king bed and sofa bed for two adults and two children (10 and 6)
Worth ringing reception if wanting to book the spa/swimming as online was showing fully booked but when I spoke to them they managed to book us a slot which is for 30 minutes. The only downside of is was the spa wasn’t working and this hadn’t been shown anyway prior to booking.
Worth adding breakfast at time of booking. Wonderful stay and would book again."
"One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service. "
"Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room."
"Disappointed by management. Our room electrics blew: a spark came out the light switch. The very helpful electricians haloed us and we moved rooms but NO comment from reception managers re this huge inconvenience whilst we were in bed. Disappointing. I emailed direct on email used to commmnicate over special assistance so it is being ignored"
