"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was quite short. The upgraded room was definitely the highlight for me, and I truly appreciated that benefit. However, I do have one concern. Although my room was prepaid, the upgrade was an additional charge. I believe the invoice (folio) for this extra charge should have been either sent to my email or provided to me at checkout, as it is separate from the Expedia booking. Unfortunately, I did not receive any folio or confirmation for my stay. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good. I would certainly consider choosing this hotel again for a future stay."

"The check in was okay, but don't expect your room to be ready early-- everyone was waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The room we received wasn't very good, it was a 5-7 minute walk up and down 2 elevators from the lobby and it was a maze to get there. Many of the guests were getting lost on how to get back to the lobby. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom had a cup that was left uncleaned from another guest and the pillows were the synthetic type that go flat when you put your head on it. The best things were the breakfast choices and the porter. He was the nicest and most helpful with storing the bags and helping get it in your airport transfer."

"This hotel was about 2-3 blocks from the tube station which was convenient. Staff were polite and helpful, rooms updated and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was great, nice to be able to start your day off. The only negative was that the room was extremely small. Only about 6” between the bed and the wall on one side! Would not be suitable for elderly or person with mobility issues. Bathroom was really small as well, could barely turn around in it. No closet, nowhere to even put your luggage without tripping over it."
