Fantastic location and super easy check in via codes sent by email. We arrived before the official check in time to drop our bags but yhe room was ready for use. Super clean and tidy. A bit of a climb to our top floor room but we made it unscathed. The room reflects the excellent value and we will definitely book again.

Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning.

There is no such thing as a reasonably priced room in London as far as I can tell. But considering the great location in Shoreditch and proximity to everything else, this was a decent value. It fulfilled the need for the week and I'd go back. WiFi was a little shaky. Staff was very nice and responsive. There is a bus stop about 20 meters from the front door and the metro is about a 4 minute walk.

This property was really great, in a good area. The busses and tube were very close- a couple of in walk. The property was really clean especially since it’s so old. The beds were good. It was hot, we were thankful for the fan, but could have maybe had one more but we were grateful. We utilized the laundry since it had been so hot each day. The mini fridge was great, the shower curtain could use a wash or maybe a new one. The tub is quite small, totally fine and workable- again it’s old, and was good for us but if you’re over 6ft tall might be a little small, and it was clean. My only real concern was the stairs. It was 3 flights of stairs to get to room, which isn’t a surprise at all except the 3rd flight I was concerned that someone might actually hurt themselves since they were extremely narrow and very steep and it was hard to get our luggage there. I worried my mom would hurt herself. I think that should be noted as my dad would have not been able to do that at all if he had come. Overall my experience was really great!! I would definitely recommend this place and stay again. The food options in the area were awesome, the tube and bus were awesome, and it was clean. Very clean. Thank you for letting us stay here.

We didn’t end up staying at the property for a few reasons. There were about 14 stairs to get up to the property, no lift. The property was one room with a shared bathroom and it was on a busy street. Finally, there was no a/c . We moved to the hotel across the street.
