Friendly staff, convenient for west end. Only problem was the room was stiflingly hot. The AC was broken and the coolers didnt really help.

A very convenient hotel near the opera house. Although it is an old building, it was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The luggage storage uses lockers, which is reliable. There is no elevator, so people with a lot of luggage or elderly people may need to make a request.

It is great bring able to have a room in the very heart of London center, so close to Covent Garden Opera. All you need is on walking distance ! And it is a very long time ago I met such nice people helping in a hotel, it makes me feeling very welcome and at home.
