The hotel is clearly still undergoing some renovations but that did not interrupt our stay at all. The housekeeper was very friendly and welcoming ans helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and pleasant, with complimentary shower facilities in the en-suites. The rooms were also quiet and the flexible approach to being able to eat in the breakfast area after check-out was very helpful and made everything not feel like a rush to leave as with some other hotels.
The lady behind receiption was lovely and very helpful upon arrival. However we did have some issues late at night with the hotel and was unable to address them with anybody. It resulted to us leaving early the next morning too again not being able to resolve the issue as no body was around till 9am
Very pleasing stay in at family business. Very secure and clean. Fridge, kettle, hair dryer and fan in room. Help yourself to tea and toast. All you could need really.
I chose the Westerly as I was unexpectedly staying in London and needed somewhere with good access to London and not too expensive. The Westerly more than met both requirements. It is a short walk to North Action London Underground Station and also not too difficult to get to the hotel from the Airport.
The room at the Westerly was very comfortable and clean and there is a kitchen/lounge with free tea and coffee and good wifi - a must for us business travellers.
However the best thing about the Westerly are the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they provided me with endless assistance. I cannot thank them enough. Certainly will stay there again - thoroughly recommended.
Very close to m4 access and for Wembley stadium basic bit clean

Half the plug sockets in the room didn’t work, shared bathroom was awful, when they say “parking available” they actually mean on road parking which is permitted during the week, got no sleep whatsoever as you could hear everyone going to the toilet, and we could hear everything the people above us were doing, floors and walls must be made out of paper. And to top it off there were two bugs crawling around in the beds that we found. Only stayed for 1 night, as soon as light came we were up and out like a shot. The staff however, were friendly, polite and helpful - it’s just a shame they work in this hotel.
The best thing about The Westerly is the friendly, helpful staff--accommodating and always ready to chat with guests. The trash bin in the kitchen is way too small, given that guests use the space for meals in the evening as well as morning. Otherwise, the place is tidy. I was in an ensuite room. Although that's nice, the trade-off is that there's no chair or table. Staff encourage guests to make breakfast and enjoy it in their rooms--easier said than done when there's nowhere to put plates down or sit, aside from the bed. The bed was decently comfortable and the shower was good. The expanded Continental breakfast was a nice inclusion. The back yard, which could be a space for guests at breakfast or in the evening is an overgrown mess and something that the owner can and should attend to. One thing I didn't realize when booking is that staff leave at 6:00 pm during the week and even earlier, 1:00, on Sunday. If there is a problem overnight--such as the night a couple showed up thinking they had a reservation and banged on the front door and guest suite windows until somebody let them in but there was nobody who could help. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the underground and, from there, about 30 minutes to any tourist areas. There are very few dining options close by. For those reasons, I would not book again here, despite the very reasonable rate by London standards.
What a beautiful little hotel. Cozy, dry friendly, warm, clean & great facilities. The manageress, Melina, is fantastic & so welcoming. Definitely my place of stay on my next business trip to London 👍🙏
Got in late the night of our arrival, had the key code to get in and the keys were waiting for us inside. No Elevator, my bad for not checking as we were on the top floor with 2 heavy suitcases. Room was small but comfortable. Had an issue the next night when we got back from touring London, but the manager, Milena, took care of problems. She was great and made our stay a bit more comfortable. Would have liked to have had some hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels. Also, no electrical out let in the bathroom. Location was ok, 10 minute walk from the W. Acton tube. Safe, residential.

Prettig hotel inclusief waardeloos ontbijt. Tegenover het treinstation kun je prima ontbijten.
Cosy and clean room, good quiet area for a private getaway. Me and my girlfriend spent 2 nights here after she arrived in London, and it gave us a good chance to rest before we moved on to a place closer to the centre. Free brekkie was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again
Highly recommend this hotel.
Very clean and large room. The share bathroom is also tidy and clean. Hotel provided a mini bar in the room and you will find your breakfast inside. Anyway it is a lovely stay.
Only one things which can improve is put a mirror in the room.
