No heating, very cold. Given electric heater that was noisy. Very noisy from nearby bars until gone midnight. Needs redecorating, and deep clean. Decent breakfast and clean well made beds

Good single room, clean -- too clean in a way as towels seemed to be replaced although I hung them as requested to show I didn't want them replaced. The TV wouldn't function after the first day, perhaps a flat battery ... pleasant breakfast room! Owing to the nature of the building, there's only one rather small (& slow) lift which was a minor problem for the elderly (such as myself) who don't fancy four flights of stairs. But despite a warning that hot water might be slow to arrive, it was fine. I may well come again; very convenient location for me.
