Room was nice, ground floor. Bathroom/shower good. Staff, very friendly, continental breakfast was good. Great location, very close to public transport, Paddington train stn + bus and tourist buses. Maccas and KFC within 200metres as well as boutique dining.

Was lovely, speedy check it which is great after travelling , room was lovely and clean and the cleaner was lovely, breakfast was a bit odd but was ok , more snacks , defo stay here again

The stay was ok. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was slightly better than we thought it would be. The pressure in the shower could be better and the temperature of the water was not the best, but nothing that we could not cope with.

Terrible smells in the room and corridor, staff that behave as if they’re too busy to attend to you, so called breakfast is a bag food brought to your door at a requested time, old uncomfortable mattress, fungal stained towels.

Travelled for business. Basic and comfortable, but not completely clean, and the bathroom appeared to have a broken drain. No secure luggage storage, and it's soon obvious the hotel is above the tube line. Ironing board available on request, but was a rusty old thing with no cover and the iron stained my shirt a little. Overall I'd strongly recommend avoiding for anything but a cheap lads' holiday until the owners renovate.

The staff are all VERY nice, and they do respond to issues. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING, though there was a fan in the room. There is a mini fridge in the room which is great - though it had no temp adjustment and froze our water and milk. They deliver a basket of croissants/buns, yogurt, juice, butter & marmalade, cookies/snack bar to the room for breakfast at the time you specify, and they were nice to supply that in the evening when we were leaving before 8:00 in the morning. There is a safe in the room, but it didn't work so they gave us an override physical key to keep during our 5 night stay. The TV remote had corroded batteries in it, they replaced them and it turned on the TV and changed channels but it did not turn off the TV so we had go to the power button on the TV to turn it off. The room looked nothing like any of the photos on Expedia, much darker and smaller. It was a tiny double bed (and was uncomfortable for two small adults). Our biggest problem however was that the WIFI DIDN'T WORK, it would connect for a moment then turn off on both our devices over and over again - it was impossible to use in that room, and they were not able to correct it. We wound burning thru our cellular data on our eSIM in order to access the internet, email, WhatsApp, etc. A great location for Paddinton Station and the metros. All in all, I wished we had balked at the room and asked for another or stayed elsewhere (I'm not a 'make waves' kind of person, but wish I had).

Had an emergency had to leave still charged full price. Not understanding at all. In a secluded back alley, dark streets broken lighting. Men drinking alcohol standing/sitting around entrance and outside. Never again, please do not book.

Overall, should be cheaper. Mold

The service was great but this is an old building with mold… yeah little mold in a lot of places. Is could had been cleaner. The window didn’t work correctly and the shower was bad, is had little water and it was always to hot or to cold. The sink was also bad. There was also no bedding on the bed. So overall not very good and should be a cheaper hotel. The people that work there are really nice and help full thoug and the location is good.

Wir dürften eine Woche in Tonys House Hotel zu Gast sein. Es liegt sehr zentral an der Paddington Station. Von außen wirklich hübsch und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Für London ist der Preis wirklich super allerdings muss man dafür ein paar Abstriche machen. Die Zimmmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und die U-Bahn ist zu hören/spüren aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Wir waren im 2. Stock und es war ok. Die Wände sehr dünn und man bekommt jedes Wort/ Sport der Nachbarn mit. Es gibt jeden Tag Frühstück am Bett was ja auch Vorteile hat ;)

Das Zimmer hat uns den Aufenthalt ziemlich verleidet… Ein Tausch auf Nachfrage nicht möglich. Zwar ist die Lage sehr zentral am Paddington Bahnhof, jedoch lässt die Qualität massiv zu wünschen übrig! Der Renovierungszustand der Zimmer ist sehr schlecht. In den Zimmerecken scheint es feucht/stockig zu sein. Aus den Fensterfugen bröselt der Kit. Alles scheint mit einfachsten Mitteln zusammengebaut zu sein. Auf dem frischgemachten Bett (das Bettzeug war klamm/feucht) befanden sich Haare unklarer Herkunft. Im „Wandschrank“ neben dem Kopfende befand sich neben dem Toilettenfallrohrs des Zimmers über uns auch komische Käfer… urgh! Das gebuchte Frühstück entpuppte sich als Sammelsurium von abgepackten Keksen, eingeschweißten Milchbrötchen/billigsten Croissants plus Capri-Sonne… ungesünder geht es nicht!

Das Zimmer war dreckig. Der Duschstrahl war kaum vorhanden, sodass man nicht richtig duschen konnte. Das Frühstück war ein kleiner Korb der eine vors Zimmer gestellt wurde, wo die Lebensmittel teilweise abgelaufen waren. In der Unterkunft war es sehr hellhörig. Man hat die Nachbarräume und die U-Bahn unterm Gebäude gehört. Die Matratze war dreckig und die einzelne Federung hat man gespürt, sodass man dort nicht drauf schlafen kann. Die Unterkunft zeigt online andere Bilder, als es in Wirklichkeit sind. Die Zimmer sind super klein. Und das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Keineswegs zu empfehlen

Das personal war nett und die Lage war super. Das Hotel hat kein Aufzug & die Treppen bis nach ganz oben sind sehr sehr eng & gefährlich, wir sind mehrmals gestolpert. Das Bett war für zwei Personen VIEL zu klein. Die dusche brauchte sehr lange zum warm werden war sonst aber ok. Größes Manko war das „frühstück“. Abgepackte Milchbrötchen, Butter, Marmelade Joghurt & ein paar snacks & eine capri sonne wurden uns so vor die Tür gestellt. Es war jeden Tag das gleiche & man konnte es sich nicht aussuchen.

Das Zimmer hat kein bisschen den Bildern in der Hotel Anzeige beim Buchen entsprochen. Es war sehr dreckig und mal hat Bauschaum und Kabel in der Wand gesehen. Es war alles sehr klein, was an sich kein Problem ist. Das Frühstück bestand aus abgepackten Produkten, wie Capri Sun, Joghurt mit der Ecke und abgepackten Milchbrötchen und somit definitiv nicht den Preis von 12€ pro Nach pro Person wert! Des Weiteren gab es keine Möglichkeiten sich etwas fürs Frühstück auszusuchen und man hatte nur süße Sachen zur Verfügung, was wohl eher als Snack geeignet war. Die Duschen war nicht funktionsfähig und auch sehr dreckig und hat an einigen Stellen Schimmel aufgewiesen. Auch unser Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen. Allem in allem war das Hotel definitiv nicht den Preis wert. Die Lage war super gut, aber das Hotel war absolut inakzeptabel.

Disgusting staff ! TURNED OFF OUR ELECTRIC TO SPEED UP CHECK OUT ! This place seemed ok when booked but for me and my young family it was terrible as soon as we arrived . No wifi working ! Dangerous room(electrics showing) Not a family room with young kids with a full opening window on the fourth floor (dangerous) Staff kept promising improvements but empty promises! Continental breakfast is from Aldi rubbish! No ac !! No fans !! Staff constantly going in rooms when guests not present ! Neighbouring hotels very noises , people constantly drinking outside very intimidating walking past . Kettle was absolutely filthy! Summery : Do not stay here ! There are other better quality hotels to stay at . DONT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY .

Worst experience

We had booked the family room for 1 night , we were family of 5. The room was in basement, no ac, can’t open windows, there was standing fan which was throwing air at 27deg C, when asked for different fan, he said that’s the only option , and he said he uses same fan, when I asked to show he uses much premium fan where we can adjust temperature. It’s next to train track, every time a train goes the room vibrates, almost every 10 min a train passes, imagine horrible night we had. Breakfast was very basic delivered to room, a packet of juice, biscuit, 1 bread and jam, a snack, a yougurt.

À la limite de l’acceptable !

Bien situé, personnel sympathique…mais c’est à peu près tout ! 74 marches pour monter à la chambre, sous les toits, étouffante avec la chaleur de juillet, propreté douteuse, fils électriques pendouillant, fuite d’eau au plafond qui atterrissait sur le lit, fuite au niveau de la douche et de la chasse d’eau, et enfin petit déjeuner indigne (plateau posé le matin avec des biscuits industriels de mauvaise qualité, café en poudre et mauvais the en sachet…)
