Great experience at the W London for a quick trip for the colts vs Washington NFL game. The staff was extremely helpful and provided nice little touches in the room with handwritten notes and complimentary beer and chocolates. They went above and beyond!

This location is in the middle of Chinatown. Was able to walk a lot of places to eat, shop and shows. If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the place to be.

Very convenient location. Room is not noisy but very small. Wish there's a bit more privacy for the bathroom. While the room is small but the layout design is quite efficient. I will definitely stay at W London again.

The hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service are outstanding. The only cautionary note is that it is located at the very central of London’s tourism area. It may be located in Soho, and it is right next to China Town, but it’s more like being in Time’s Square.

Great hotel, although not offering good value for money. The rooms are fantastic and quiete, despite being in the centre of London. The bar owner not Greta though (mediocre cocktails and terrible DJ), but there are plenty of other options around.
