"The hotel itself was good. Only thing I have to say is bed too soft for my back , neck and shoulder injury. Little walk to the tram. Far from central Amsterdam. No food at hotel after 10am. "

"The hotel is fine overall, my low rating is from the room they gave us. This room was in some remote part of the hotel, it had very low ceilings, a very narrow window with view to garbage bins. The room was claustrophobic, no access without stairs. I think it’s disgraceful that the hotel has such type of room. And, on Saturday night you could hear and feel the music from a nearby club."

"I always stay here in London. I heard a visitor from the US complaining that there was no hairdryer in the room. There’s no coffee or tea either. This suits me fine. Bring your own stuff or book somewhere else if you want a traditional hotel. "

"A well positioned hotel. The room we had was small but we weren’t in it for long. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Had to queue for hot drinks as one machine wasn’t working but otherwise would definitely return to this hotel."
