Convenient to Downtown LA no frills motel

Great for the price. Close to downtown LA for work. Friendly staff. No frills property. Room not in the greatest condition, but rather clean, bed reasonably comfortable. I plan to stay again.

Room smell like smoke. sheets had holes in the from cigaretes. OK if you need a cheap place for one day.

You were able to hear all the noise through the walls and there was very limited parking. During last night of my stay, around midnight there was a police encounter right in front of the hotel entrance and next to my room door that kept me up.

Cleaning could be better

There was a soap wrap in the restroom (shows they didn’t sweep or clean! A strange smell as well but it kind of goes away as you open the door and let it air! Other than that the room was ok

Wouldn’t recommend. Do your homework before booking a room at this hotel. For wifi you have to go downstairs by the checkup counter to take a picture of the password. No ironing board in the room. Enough said
