Ona Hollywood Mirage

"Room was a decent size (the one bed apartment) and wasn’t too noisy from neighbouring rooms which was good. Would benefit from some quieter spaces for adults as all communal spaces very noisy with kids. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working for whole stay and the communication wasn’t great around this and no real urgency to get it fixed - that was the only real disappointment though we were provided two fans for the room but they did very little given the heat. Good facilities overall, breakfast was great and the gym was a nice added bonus. Pools are great and a decent size, but are loud. Great place to stay with kids but if looking for adults only go elsewhere."

"The staff are very nice and food/breakfast are very good. We arrived really late on our first day, but they save us food to have that night, very much appreciate it. Lots of choices with your breafast and you can have as much as you can. The rooms have aircon and quite spacious. You have options to cook, but we avail halfboard with reasonable price with lots of choices. You have gymn, tennis court etc to enjoy during your stay. Swimming pools are clean. I highly recommend it for those who wants to stay in Tenerife."

"From the moment we booked in with a lovely lady, to getting to our suite with everything in it required for a self catering apartment. With a wonderful balcony overlooking the big pool, to our effortless checkout a week later. Couldn’t have asked for more from an accommodation. Definitely will be retuning."
