Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash cans! House keeping, I requested service once during my stay. Nightstand was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, TP was not replenished, floor was not swept, yet somehow my husband's black sunglasses came up missing. I didn't mention this because we figured the person needed then more than my husband. In the end we still had a lovely time.

Decor was very beautiful, the views amazing, staff helpful.

What a cute hotel! So colorful and well maintained both the rooms and the grounds. We went to the speakeasy, ate popsicles and used the pool. Staff was sooo nice. Would stay here again!

Our room was perfect. Room darkening shades were awesome for a great sleep. The restaurants were average at best. The pool was so cold no one was using it. lol. But the hotel was in amazing condition

good location near freeway, university, and restaurants. Clean and large, light room with comfortable bed. Lots of free parking. No complaints!
