"A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. "We had a great stay. The room was nice, the pools were lovely and not too crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. It was a great place to stay with a toddler, with the kids pool and spacious rooms. The bed was comfy and we were able to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put it on the floor for our toddler. Downsides were that it's a bit of a trek down to the beach, but taxis were quick and not too expensive. And in the evening there's a bit of noise from the water park nearby but not if you close the balcony doors."
