Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ schon zu wünschen übrig - das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, Tische wurden abgeräumt aber nicht gesäubert - das Geschirr und Besteck war verschmutzt und das Buffet war unterirdisch.Alles in allem eine totale Enttäuschung

Haus wirkt von außen nicht einladend. Haben aber ein sauberes, modernes Zimmer, das ich für tschechischen Standard sehr gut fand. Der Herr am der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich.

Man darf in Tschechien natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten, aber das war schon ziemlich hart. Optisch gleicht das Hotel einer DDR Jugendherberge, jedoch in einem unfassbar schlechten Zustand. Von schief hängend Bildern, über versiffte öffentliche Bäder, kaputtem Teppich, einem Billiardtisch nur zum verbrennen taugt oder kaputten Teppichleisten. Die Speisekarte ist klein und nicht wirklich tschechisch, das Fleisch miserabel, was andere Gäste auch ungeschönt als Feedback weitergeben #eklig. Das Frühstück ist unzumutbar, das Küchenpersonal fässt die Speisen mit den Händen an um diese zu ordnen. Platten mit Wurst und Käse werden nicht nachgefüllt, Tassen und Gläser werden nicht nachgefüllt, der Koch beantwortet die Frage nach frischen Tellern mit "ich habe keine Teller". Der O-Saft ist natürlich nur ein Sirupgemisch, jedoch so dünn, als hätte man Wasser mit Gelbstich im Glas. Rezeption war super. Zimmerausstattung wie eine Jugendherberge. Für eine Wochenende mal er tragbar, aber defintiv nicht für längere Aufenthalte. Meine Kinder würde ich dort nicht Essen lassen. #eklig

Sehr gut zum Skifahren
Wer hier 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, wird enttäuscht, ich komme um Ski zu fahren und bin zufrieden. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Piste: über die Route 3 fährt man zum Hoteleingang, und am Morgen fährt mit Ski direkt vom Hotel zum Lift B (Kasse dabei). Das Hotel ist funktionell eingerichtet, obwohl die Einrichtung ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, zur Übernachtung reicht es vollkommen. Es ist sauber. Unten gibt es einen Skischrank für das Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat sich über Jahre verbessert, die Portionen im Restaurant abends sind zwar kleiner geworden, lecker war und ist es immer. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und direkt vor dem Hotel. Vom Negativen vielleicht, dass Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr beginnt, zumindest halbe Stunde früher wäre besser

We were really happy with this accommodation for a one-night stay between two days of skiing. I had read mixed online reviews beforehand, some good and some very bad, so wasn't sure what to expect, but I found everything to be satisfactory and suited our needs, and the location is excellent! The hotel sits right at the top of ski slope 5 (Klinovec) and so you can just cross the road then ski down. The beds were very comfy, and the room very quiet and peaceful with a view down the ski slope and across the mountains. We didn't eat in the evening restaurant, but went a very short drive over to Boží Dar for dinner, which is a beautiful town with several restaurants. The hotel breakfast buffet was little disappointing in quality, but was included in the price. There is also parking and a very useful ski-storage/locker room. Overall I would stay again for the convenience, location and a great nights sleep before another day skiing. Suggestion to the hotel: Please add hot chocolate to your hot drinks menu, and more hot options (like scrambled eggs) in the breakfast buffet.
