Rent renovated family house at the foot of the Pyrenees located in Loudet 31580, 40 minutes from Bagnère de Luchon and the gateway to the great sites of the Pyrenees (pic du Midi, Lourdes, Pyrenean passes ...) This country house is located a 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse, 15 minutes from the A64 motorway and 15 minutes from SNCF train stations, the main shopping centers are 15/20 minutes and a supermarket 5 minutes. This residence offers a beautiful point of view on the chain of the Pyrenees. An above ground swimming pool of 5. 50m and 1. 30m high is available as well as the vehicles and bicycles shelters.

Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines dans la maison de Martine et Francis, qui sont des personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques !! La maison est très grande,confortable, très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, pour se sentir comme " à la maison " la piscine est un vrai plus durant les fortes chaleur !! Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette charmante région et jolie maison !!

Excellente location ! Tout équipés au niveau de l’électroménager et de la vaisselle ! Les lits sont très confortables ! Le bonus, très apprécié : c’est la piscine. Sans parler des propriétaires ils sont vraiment charmants : disponibles, à l’écoute et bienveillants. Je vous recommande fortement ! Idéal pour être au calme en famille ! Vous êtes à 2h30 de l’Espagne ! A 1h30 de Toulouse ! Et à 2h de Biarritz !

Maison spacieuse au calme
Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire qui nous a fait visiter cette grande demeure qu'il a entièrement restaurée avec beaucoup de goûts. Il ne manque rien pour un séjour réussi, Mr Souverville veillant au bien-être de ses hôtes. Loudet est un petit village très loin de toute agitation, idéal pour un bon repos. Beaucoup de randonnées au départ ou très proches de Loudet avec des vues panoramiques sur la campagne et les Pyrénées. Pas de bousculades pendant nos randonnées durant lesquelles nous n'avons croisé personne. N'hésitez pas à louer cette demeure ! Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable séjour en Haute Garonne

La maison avait l'air belle, grande et très cool sur la publicité. Nous pouvons absolument confirmer ces critiques positives. L'accueil a été très agréable, des gens très sympathiques et serviables. A notre arrivée, on nous a fait visiter la magnifique maison. La maison est une ferme rénovée, que Francis et son épouse ont presque entièrement restaurée eux-mêmes. Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans la maison, 4 très belles grandes chambres avec assez d'espace pour quelques familles. Deux salles de bain bien équipées. Il est également bon de savoir que la maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Assiettes, verres, couverts, serviettes, gants de toilette, casseroles, poêles, ... Bref, vous ne manquerez certainement de rien. L'Hôte a également une grande importance à la sécurité des enfants. Ils ont prêté attention à beaucoup de choses pour rendre la maison si adaptée aux enfants. La maison est proche d'un petit supermarché où vous pouvez trouver tous les besoins de base, y compris les baguettes. Pour les très grosses épiceries, vous pouvez bien sûr vous rendre au plus grand supermarché, situé à environ 15 minutes. Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec l'hôte et le logement, n'hésitez pas, réservez définitivement !

Super Location
Location spacieuse, propre et agréable. Équipement fourni pour les enfants de tous les âges Piscine sécurisée par une échelle amovible. Super séjour dans cette location , avec propriétaires très sympas qui ont laissé à notre arrivée une petite attention très appréciable. Merci encore à eux!!!!
