"Good location next to the train station. The hotel is undergoing some sort of refurbishment so our room had scaffolding outside the window. No big deal really. The room was pretty good but the bathroom needs some maintenance. A great welcome on the front desk if the hotel. Overall a good value stay."

Nice room at the top of the stairs. Had to watch out for the angled ceiling.
Good food.
You are staying at a golf-course so it is quite a walk into town. Take the bus. I did, and then a cab to take me back. It is a long uphill walk from the seafront.
Swansea town had everything I wanted, from a laundrette to a nice Italian restaurant.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. Tea making facilities and complimentary biscuits were in the room. It overlooked the beach.

An amazing stay. The staff were so welcoming and hugely accommodating to my requests. The rooms are really modern comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend a stay at Niks if you’re in Burry Port. I was visiting friends but next time I would maybe stay on longer and do some work the rooms were that nice and homey.
