"Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded on arrival which was great and the staff at reception were friendly and professional. I had a slight issue with my card but the staff were very patient and courteous. Barfood was lovely, coffee area at reception is great and we loved the snug bar. Decor and vibes are what strikes you first but it's the staff that make the difference. Will definitely be back."

"Overall, the experience was good however, the hotel needs an update. The door to the bathroom was warped and difficult to close. The bathroom was tiny, especially for a quad room. They also did not have a refrigerator which is weird for a hotel that is supposed to be family friendly. There is no AC, so it was a bit hard to sleep due to the heat. The location is also not ideal, it’s really far from the restaurants in the center of hallway."

"The staff were excellent and accommodating. We had to switch rooms due to an issue and the staff made the transfer as smooth as possible. This made a world of difference for our stay. I would highly recommend them. The location was perfect as well. We are traveling via train and it's is very walkable."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast was great. It was hot when we were visited, but the window didn’t open very wide and there was no fan. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main area with all of the pubs. The staff was very helpful when I left some things behind. They kept it for me and stored it until my son could pick it up."
