Beautiful highlands lower level luxury studio - ALL NEW! new bathroom, new kitchen, new living space

The house is 5 minutes walking distance to Bellarmine University, and close to the city center, parks, art and culture. Public transport to downtown Louisville, 10 minutes drive from the airport, 12 minutes drive from Churchill Downs, 2 miles from Cherokee Park. Close to Bardstown road, Grocery store, restaurants and bars. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the views, location. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers.
