Family-friendly Loulé holiday home in Almancil with water park
Seaside townhouse, well maintained and tastefully furnished. It is a 1 minute by walk on foot to the beach, where you will find different restaurants. The house features a small pool. 5 to 3 mts. Southern sea view from the bedroom and the living room. The house has been renovated 2 years ago and is in good conditions. The house has not been rented yet, but rather just been used by the owner. TV and WiFi are provided. All rooms have aircondition.

Amazing location for a beach holiday
The house is so close to the beach, it takes about 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach! We came with our two year old and the house came with a cot, high chair, baby cup and plates, and even some beach toys. Bonus points for the electric metal blinds as we all slept so well! The view from the upper bedroom is amazing in the evenings. Only downside was there weren’t any basic condiments in the kitchen so we found ourselves a bit stuck the first evening. Other than that’s, the owner was very helpful and replied super quickly to our messages. All in all, perfect location if you want to spend your days on the beach!

Perfect Location
The villa is really well laid out, has all the amenities you need and is in a brilliant location! The master bed is huge and really comfortable and the pool is just right for a dip!

Property generally very good, although a few maintenance issues need addressing. Front door handle mechanism needs replacement,Poolside loungers and Toilet flush mechanism on first floor also replacement required
