"Pleasant stay in a lovely location. Owner had Very enthusiastic dogs which is great if you’re a dog lover but not really our thing."

"The floor in the bedroom was wet damp coming from somewhere. There was a musty smell. The outside space was filthy the floor was black in places and there was moss on the floor. The table and chairs were rusty. Old plant pots scattered about. The area was smaller than it looked in the photo. We couldn’t sit outside. We should of taken a picture but unfortunately we didn’t."

"Great location, clean rooms"

"Great breakfast and staff"

"Hannah and Kendal were extremely helpful to us when confused with booking, Hannah rearranged everything to suit our needs, thank you Hannah. Everything from start to finish was really great and made our diamond anniversary break even more special for us. Even the weather was good so we could go out and about with no problem. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and looked after us rally well. WOULD HIGHLY Recommend staying at the Anchor Inn. Thank youfor everything."

"Friendly staff. Good location. Room was clean and had lots of tea and milk provided. Shower room a little smelly due to damp? but water lovely and hot. Breakfast was very nice. Pizza on 1st night tasty and good value but was not told that no meals provided on a Tuesday night but found somewhere else to eat easily We would stay hear again ."

"Lovely place to stay every thing you need for a comfortable stay "

"I wasn't provided with check in instructions, so when I arrived I felt a bit lost. I asked inside Greggs and Subway, they informed me that I had to go to the petrol station to collect my room key, it was smooth from there. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom needed a little TLC, cracks on the bath, ceiling, marks on the floor. Had free WiFi, TV, and tea / coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and clean. Good value for money. Would stay again as very convenient for short trip"

"Lovely clean property It had everything we needed Would highly recommend"

"We were welcomed by Steve and Heidi when we arrived and shown to our room which was very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was superb, quality food and well cooked. The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and on site. The Bedroom and Bathroom could benefit from a shelf to put toiletries on. We would definitely recommend Hills Farm and we will definitely return too. Steve and Sarah from Bognor Regis"

"This is the second property we have used in this same area and both were beautiful and beyond expectations!"

"Excellent comfortable stay. Lovely room very well equipped all good amenities. Wonderful freshly made breakfast was so good. Would definitely stay here again."

"Property location was excellent less than 10 minutes walk into the town. Parling easy behind the property. Lyme Regis is hilly, plenty to do though."
