All the things you don't find in chain hotels are here - four poster bed, comfy sofa, coffee table and chairs sat amongst a wonderful backdrop, dark and quiet at night for a great sleep. "We had a lovely week at Rousdon! The estate is very picturesque and peaceful, with some lovely walks. The house is in the old stable courtyard, and had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We found it very conveniently located for Lyme Regis, and the wider Jurassic coast. We would very much recommend it!Note: as of April 2025 the private beach is inaccessible, but you can still walk down to join the coastal path,"
