"It was our 2nd stay here. Clean, comfy and quiet rooms once more. Refrigerator, microwave and safe are a big win too. Subway station is opposite the hotel. Had a minor leak in the shower which was repaired within 5 minutes of notifying reception. The reception team was great with check-in, check-out and other needs. Will return again. "

"This trip included an amazing room with views of the east river and NJ, great holiday treats in the lobby, caroling during our weekend visit and great food at their Mezzanine restaurant. We enjoy it. "

"The hotel was very upscale and clean. The amenities was great and such a vibe. We absolutely love the rooftop lounge/bar the view was so amazing. Everything was just very amazing and beautiful. The only problem is housekeeping kept trying to enter our room we had to say something multiple times before they stopped trying to come in."
