Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Cockroaches still, Barely any juice in SHARED juice bottles upon arrival to breakfast at 730am. Cleaning staff is SMOKING while carrying clean sheets to rooms. Did I mention I attempted to work with management to see if discount due to I killed two cockroaches upon arrival and he had to vacuum room. After 4 days of no contact I am posting this review. If Orkin is REALLy providing service then have them refund my room fee and respect rooms!! Not even calling customer back as promised is just rude
