"The location of the hotel is perfect. Just seconds walk to the main shopping street in Shanghai. a 20 minute walk to The Bund area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we walked in to the lobby we thought we had made a mistake. The lobby was more of a counter than anything and there is 20-30 steps you need to walk up to get to the elevator, but the staff took our bags to the room and the room was fantastic. Great Value!"
