"The apartment was in a very central location, only a few moments away from the main shopping mall in Funchal, and coffee shop almost on the doorstep. There was a kitchenette, washing machine and ironing board provided, and all useful utensils provided (even sachets of oil for using the frying pan). Check in was simple with the use of door codes. "We truly enjoyed our stay with breathtaking views of Formosa Beach overlooking the beautiful infinity pool.Good proximity to grocery essentials as we did some of our own cooking. Apt is positioned down a steep driveway and several flights of stairs to navigate coming and going. The big disappointment was the nonfunctioning hot tub that we were looking forward to using. All in all a great stay and highly recommend."
