Kai - 4 bedrooms duplex in Chamberí

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Kai is a bright and unique 170 square meter apartment in Madrid’s Chamberi. This artfully designed space has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 terraces.

Upon stepping into Kai, find a half bath in the entrance next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils and a custom-built high table. The small terrace outside is fitted with a breakfast table.

Across the entrance, come upon the luminous and bright living room which has a distinct pop of color from the walls. The dining table sits 6 people. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable. The sliding glass doors lead to an expansive terrace which comes with an outside dining area and a unique outdoor lounge bed.

Down the stairs, the first bathroom comes with a bathtub with shower. The first bedroom next door has a queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The ensuite bedroom down the hallway has a queen-sized bed as well as a personal dedicated workspace. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower.

The third bedroom is bright, also with a personal desk and a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom has a shower. The last bedroom comes with a single bed and a private desk, ideal for the visiting family member from out of town. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated.

All bed and bath linens are provided.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
