Minore features a tastefully designed bedroom adorned with a luxurious queen-size bed, providing a haven of tranquility for a restful night's sleep. An ensuite bathroom adds convenience and privacy to this elegant space. For friends and family staying the night, there is a convenient sofa bed in the living room.

The living room serves as a central hub for relaxation and entertainment. The beach design theme infuses the apartment with a sense of coastal relaxation, creating a serene oasis amidst the bustling city. An entertainment system is on hand for your leisure, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies. For all remote working needs, a dedicated workstation is also available. A dining table creates a cozy space for enjoying shared meals. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils you need.

From the living room, step out onto your private terrace, where an outdoor sitting area beckons you to bask in the Spanish sunshine. Air conditioning in all rooms ensures a comfortable indoor environment, even on the warmest days. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
